Older gentleman with urinary control problems and complaints include back and hip pain as well as other symptoms such as fatigue, malaise, and weight loss. There is also a history of bone fractures. What is the disease, and the drug of choice

Ca-prostate,treatment is TURP,or andogen-antagonists.

prostat ca ,and since it sounds like it has already has matastasis to bone no need to make TURP,androgen antogonist and RT are treatment of choices

androgen antagonist are ok/ but brachytherapy has had good results

yes.brachytherapy has good results,but i think only in relieving pain,not in prognosis,am i right?

yes..I think it will cause other problems...so considering his age..it won't be a good choice.
