How can we explain the need for rectal, genital or pelvic exam where required?

in the closing part where you are telling the sp about the tests you need to run you can say:"And I also need to do a rectal exam on you later" or "And a pelvic exam needs to be done also."... And then remeber to note it on your workup

I found out in the Äther casesÄ section of the CS booklet a reference to simulators and manquins regarding prostate and genital exams. ´´ In some instances you may be instructed to perform a physical examination that relates to a specific medical condition, life circumstance, or occupation. Synthetic models, mannequins, or simulators provide an appropriate format for assessment of sensitive examination skills such as genital or rectal examination, and may be used for these cases. In such cases, specific instructions regarding the use of these devices will be provided. '' I was wondering if anyone got a prostate simulator for DRE? or any manequin case? never heard about it before reding in this booklet. DO you happen to know anything?
