exophthalmus,pretibial myxedema which lead to exophthalmus,lid retraction, lid lag.

von graefe's sign- sup lid lag upon down gaze
dalrymple's sign- eye retraction
stellwag's sign- infrequent blinking
ballet's sign- palsy of one or more extraocular muscles

sorry for confusing you JULY and ASMI, but i explained cause of exophthalmus, which is pretibial myxedema:excess glycosaminoglycans deposition ( Goljan page 86)
