when submitting a diagnosis do you think its better to write more or less?
and can you abreviate or do you spell everything out?

For example how would you submit this diagnosis?

SDH secondary to trauma
Subdural Hemorrage
Subdural Hemmorrage secondary to trauma

doesnt matter...final diagnosis is not used fr scoring
