Typical antipsychotics neuroleptic malignant syndrome anticholinergic effects hyperprolactenemia and extrapyramidal symptoms so swiching to riperidone is the answer also quentiapine is atypical antipsychotic

the ans should be quietapine, all typical antipsychotics as well as risperidone all cause hyperprolactinemia, so risperidone is the only atypical antipsychotic that also causes hyperprolactinemia
