:icon_salut: My situation is similar, I took Step 1 last fall, was very close to pass it (missed by 2 points), going to retake it soon. I am using Kaplan's books in general, but also lippncot, Levinston ect. Where do you live, maybe we can study together or at least exchange info online.. Remember that you are a doctor, stay with what you know, stay with what you like to do...

Hi pal please do not give up .i have terrible situation: ( zero medical info + zero cinical exp + zero english language as i had my med school in my mother language even medical word ..nothin latein too ) ......but still wish and dream to pass this exam even if it will take me 100 years to pass it . i started with kaplan books they are very good but as i have zero back ground i need to put a bigger refrence near me while reading kaplan ion order to be able to understand ..and i8 can tell you it is long long trip ,but it worth . when you will start you will be satisfied and happy too . i know well now that i need at least one year of hard working in order to pass step1 but i am happy that i started studying . go ahead start and do not panic .YOU ARE A DOCTOR :icon_thumb:
