A patient with metastatic breast carcinoma presents with h?o back injury and lower back pain, paresthesia in legs and urinary difficulty. Which of foloowing would be the mos tappropriate to order on the night of admission?

it seem to be D coz such symtoms can come most probably with problem like spinal cord

As per the Rx emergency decompression is the best. But what about giving IV steroids for such a case.
Which is better?Please explain
