Sorry got confused between history taking and physical exam,not sure about it.May be you can.I beleive it will be difficult thtough.All the best

During PE?...

I think it´s ok to take notes during history taking, but not during physical exam, your "method" would not follow a logic order...

Just my opinion

As stated above..., take notes during history, don´t do it during PE...

You may ASK during PE. Ask about social history or any other thing that you won't forget by the time you are making your PN.
