-Varicocele: varicose dilatation of the veins of the spermatic cord.
-Spermatocele: a sperm-containing cyst; intratesticular.

and moreover varicocele ..hint "bag of worms"..since it has worm like feel,its freely movable,nontender and its an imp cause of infertility.

also, varicocele if you examine with transluminate light - light go through.
spermatocele light not going - not transluminate.
