Pt has coarse facial features, headaches right sided joint pain, ring no longer fits, wrist examination shows tinel and phalens sign positive. Skin is oily
which will be the most helpful in confirming the diagnosis
1-fasting GH level
2- IGF-1 level
3- GH level after oral glucose load
4- TRH stimulation
5- MRI pituitary
