are u paying urself, institution or the third party. kindly let me know what ur lawyer has adviced.

institution is paying for me. But this varies from place to place.
you can try to negotiate with your institution, but no gaurantees that they will oblige.

thanks moozy . so third party involvement is not necessary. in my case i have to use third party but was worried as lawyer mentioned that in contract only my name will be there.
ur institute must have paid some amount as 2000$ is the attorney fee only in my case.

yes my hospital paid similar amount also.. I am not sure what third party is..

All I have done is sent all my paper work, bank draft and forms to my attorney and apparently my H1B petition will be filed today or tomorrow.
