You examine a 58 year old male who smokes 60 cigarettes per day and u find his BP to be 180?110 mm Hg, Hb is 18.5 g?dl and PCV is 60. What could be done in the next step of your management?

A.. bone marrow biopsy
B.. venesectin
C.. advise him to stop smoking and drinking
D..review in one month and do lung function test
E..chemotherapy
