3. The attorney that you will be working with can assist you with that.
4. Depends on when you pay and get all the documents to them. Or when the hospital pays and all the documents get to the lawyer.
5. Your choice there.

thanks bbb and moozy. i was looking at a lawyer's website and from thet info guessed that in addition to what we pay some 3000$ will be paid by the institution. he had worked it out on the basis of ur pay.
