Convergence of eyes intact with accomodation, but when light is shown eyes do not respond, also pt has severe myopia

Dont knw the choices....but plz make a guess..

the prostitutes pupil maybe accomadates but doesnt react(FA made that up not me)......argryll robertson pupils (spelling) tertiary syphillis is what I'm thinking

i don't think there's severe myopia in tertiary syphilis.. is there?

Seems more like a pressure lesion of the optic nerve.. Depends on the other symptoms in the stem of the Q.
Remember? if there's pressure on optic nerve, parasympathetic part gets lesioned 1st.
