Alright this is wht i know Amputations r most common in Diabetic Pts, Such as Dabetic foot n the indication for Surgery or amputation is relatively based upon the presence of Ulcers n Gangrene. So i think we will have calcification of Dorsalis Pedis A.

btwn does any one 've a clue.. read in kaplan q bank hpv grows in basal layer of epidermis.. levinson says it ggows in superficial layer .. away frm the dividin layer..
