Why heart muscle and skeletal muscle differ although they have some protein or gene identical?
because it's differently expressed in those tissues?

they perform different function
cardiac muscle has to contract in strict order to do it's job properly
skeletal muscle has different order of work and regulated differently
that is why we have different structure and physiology of these to muscles, even though proteins are the same
