Hi
I have just 43 days to go my exam is on 30 of April so I thought I would start maintaining a preparation journal ,I will need lots of encouragement for all of you out there.I am under a tight schedule,am revising pathology and physiology these days .Hope to finish patho physio by 31 of March with mcqs.
Today s target is female and male genital system with mcq s.Tomorrw I l plan to do CNS pathology and Skin.
Hope to maintain this journal very regularly.Bye

I finished mgt, fgt from patho yesterday and did lots of mcqs from q bank ,qbank is fine, but USMLEWORLD is scary.I am using it more as a study tool .Today my target is respfrom physio [try to finish in 2 hour] then from patho , iwill doing margins from goljan ,new book and then all mcq s from q bank and then usmle world.
Trying to maintain a regular exercise routine as well,have started to walk for 20 minutes daily[i skip it sometimes tough]
I have revised kidney from qbank and i am afraid to do it from USMLE WORLD, cause I might freak out.

Hi
its me again after a small gap.I ddi a lot of patho mcq s today,still have a bit of respiratory questions left, I intend to start General pathology tomorrow,,try to finish it tomorrow as well.I am doing 1 chapter of genetics as well daily in my kitchen time,still have 4 5 days left to finish it.Hope I do well in exam.

Hi I am back again after a small gap .Busy in finishing patho along with physio.Should be done by the 29 of this month.Its very exhausting, the long hours of study,but hope I stay focused and fresh during the exam. Well today I intned to revise general patho and a bit of physio ,should take only 3 4 hours, after that 1 chapter from molecular audiolectures during my kitchen hour. then in the afternoon I will start blood ,try to finish it by tomorrow afternoon.

hi doctja,
your doing a good job here, my exam is close to yours and am still doing my 2nd reading with uw and kqb as well, but its really slowing me down but i dont think i have any option.keep it up and good luck to both of us.

Hi Thanks for the encouragement.I am also doing the two banks consequetively,and yes it can be exhausting.Your task is very challenging cause you work as well[i THINK SO]. i FEEL LIKE EXTENDING MY EXAM BUT I know I can do it if I focus well on the right things.Thanks again for the encouragement and best of luck.

hi,
unfortunately am not working either but am working against ma body ight now if you know what i mean having my first baby in a couple of months so studying for me has been very challenging, some times all my body needs is sleep but i have to pull myself up,the thought that i would have more time to my baby if i get this over and done now keeps me going.
so what was your aim for today and where you able to accomplish it,mine was to go through my cvs physiology and also the usual 50 uw and 50 kqb, so far it s looking good, have been able to finish up the physiology, hope to start solving the questions and hopefully look at my medessential and FA in the cvs before i go to bed.hope you dont mind my reporting in your journal as well,trying to keep track of my progress.
back to my books now , hope your with urs.good luck :

I just came back from my walk,my studies are a bit behinf schedule .I got fed up of patho and did biochem instead.Its very volatile,hope it sticks in my head this time.I will finish hardy weinberg and tranlocations before retiring for the day.

well in the process of solving some uw questions this weekend i went into a pre exam depression, reall its so depressing when you think you nderstand something only to be faced with a question related to it and you completely flunk it, had to take a break from my books(my husbands advice) guess it worked cos i am up once more,have not been able to move any further with my qbank questions, seems like 24hrs aint enough for me, well just like you am a day behind schedule,plan today is to finish cvs system, read it up in FA and medessential,plus at leat a set of 50questions.of course all that will be when i wake up cos its past midnight this way.

least i forget doctja, thanks for the advice, i will try to do that.and you know what i totally agree with you about biochemistry, have finished it twice now but sometimes i wonder if its there, i hope it is.

I have finished blood ,I hace done themcq s,I am doing biochem simultaneiously.I hope to cover patho by 30 of this month so that I can start pharma .How is it going for you sss sss? I hope you are doing fine, well best of luck to both of us.

hi sss there was a lady named ujala as far as i remember. She was also pregnant when she wrote the exam and she passed with good score. Search it on the forum it will help you surely. GL both of you.

Hi every one thanks for the support.Today I managed to do mcq of blood vessels, musculoskeltal,and skin.I have to revise a bit of b vand thenI will start pharma by the evening.I am right on schedule, but sometimes it gets unbearable.I hope I get good marks.My friend keeps om telling me to extend the exam so I have stopped calling her,I have being delaying my exam since feb so its time I give it.
I have 3 days for pharma I have done it previously from qbank and q book and I have the tough questions marked ,will focus on USMLEWORLD tihs time.
As for you my friens sss sss I have heard of people who gave exams during pregnancy and did well. I think you are doind well in your prep.Keep up the good effort.Not much time left. Thin gof the bright side ,you will be done with the exam ,woth flying colours and you will have a baby as well.

Its me again after quite some while.I had to postpone the exam due to some personal reasons, so I am in a very odd state right now, cant focus at all.I was supposed to start Anatomy today and revise the limbs but just could not focus.Did not feel like watching a movie either so out on a drive.Hope to get my concentration back soon.

will try to extend exam to 14 or 15 of may.I am very worried cause I know May is a busy month and I hope to get a new date as soon as possible,incase I dont get a date of my choice.

Hi friends
Had a busy day, revised the limbs and plan to do neuroanatomy tomorrow.I will have dinner now and then revise the pictures of limbs.I have to renew my account of usmle world as well, will be doing that in a couple of days time.
