friends,
i am considering volunteer work at a free clinic and even a hospital near home,but i have been told observership is much better ,and my question is do i have an advantage if i do it at a hospital or follow some one at a private clinic? or is research work better!!!
hope someone can help me!!

University hospital - community hospital - privat clinic, this is the order you would like to find the palce for your observership...
Frankly, not many PDs impressed with LORs or UCSE form privat doctors...
Try to find place at the hospitals
