B. Desmopressin >5yo, behavioral therapy failed--->drug (Desmopressin or Imipramine)

B. Desmopressin... the only drug with least side efffects n can be discontinued for 3 mnths therapy.

Yes, thats right! If the child is more than 5 years old, try behavioral therapy first, if that fails, then desmopressin is the drug of choice and then imipramine.
