kity, i think it doesnt matter. so yeah you can upload photo after applying...i have read bbb mention before that a program sees your photo only after deciding to interview the applicant. and i think they are yet to download applications. So go ahead and apply now.
i still havent applied.....i keep obsessing over my CV and PS for mistakes!

i think its work experience, training would be if you got some additional degree/diploma after doing the house surgeoncy.

Raves: You can apply late next week no problem about that. And also if you wish you can apply now and do your assignments when your stuff gets scanned and uploaded programs will be able to download them so don't worry either way is fine.

Hi everyone
Any of you is already sending the applications to the programs?
Is there any advantage in doing that? I mean maybe your scores are not available yet or you are doign a rotation and waiting for a LoR...

if your caf is submitted you must apply now, at leat to one program
ERAS people want your money before starting to work in your stuff, so its better to pay them now and after that you can decide to all programs that you are applying

hi guys, sorry to break the discussion line; i didnt know where to ask this?I will take CK in a couple of weeks from now,so I am going to get step2CK result in october !! (done with the other two)i am really in a bad indecisive position as to whether i should apply for match 2008 at all or not. many say yu all almost dont get any interviews if you apply in october. so please tell me if i should think of match at all or not.someone please reply.

Hey Guys,
I am sure this question has been asked previously, but I would really appreciate if someone could do it again:
I sent my LORs long back ....... transcript, MSPE etc. has been uploaded, but not LORs ...... whats the deal? Does it mean ECFMG has scanned it but will upload when the application actually go out to the programs?
(I have also already applied to and paid for the programs)

I think you should apply NOW. Iam doing just that. Scores can be updated later.

Some programs have downloaded my application. But none of my LORs has been available at the postoffice. Has anyone seen LOR available on MyERAS?

I cleared step 1 ,step 2 csa, and yesterday step 2 ck!!
I've submitted my 4 lor's from India to eras,
Didn't submitted my CAF,
Not researched any programs,
Shall i apply when i get my ck score,or now itself?

Hi guys.. m still waiting for some of my documents to reach Eras.. In the mean time shall i start applying or shud i wait for my documents to get scanned... coz if i apply now, n the PDs/coordinators, c it as an incomplete application, they might jst keep it aside n not review it... is it Ok to wait till mid september? Will appreciate ur response...

Guys you are doing a wonderful job.I just wanted to get an advice from the forum seniors.I wanted to know till when can i strecth the time to take step 2 CK to ensure that i dont lose much initiative.My credentials so far are:
Step 1: 99/248
Step 2 CS:Pass
1 mth elective at Northwestern.(IMG)
I have already submitted my application and applied to 73 IM programs and am pretty occupied with step 2 CK prep but it seems like it may take some time.How much more time can i take(right now it seems it may take spetmeber)??
