I have low 90s with step 3 cleared . 7 months research, 6 months residency and externship for a month. i believe my externship letter was the determining factor in getting a good program. good luck

how you get your externship? is there any special requirement for externship? You know, I have a friend who is a physician. He want to help me get some usce. I don't know whether he can provide some externship. Appreciate your help.
