A patient presents with recurrent viral infections from T-cell deficiency and symptoms pointing to hypocalcemia. Can you tell disease (dx) and what failed to develop?

sounds like DiGeorge
they also have cardiac problems

thymus and parathyroid fail to develop..;due to failure of dvp of the 3rd and 4th pharyngeal pouches which happen between the 5th and the 6TH weeks)

Hypocalcemia
