a child come to your clinic with symptoms of hypopituitarism. Where is the lesion? What is the dx?

Where=silla turcica
Why= Tumor (craniop.,adenoma)
How=pressure phenomena
What= Hypopituitarism (no secretion or disminution of TSH,GH,FSH,LH,ACTH)

but in such case which hormone secretion is lost first..i think in this order GH,TSH,FSH,ACTH .If iam wrong can anybody correct me ?
