Do you use this book? I would like to see some comments about this new book. I would like to know more about it and then decide to buy it or not. I know that the book doesn't have questions and that the questions provided online by Elsevier are not written by the author of the book, which is bad because the author of the book wrote questions for the Step 1 (he was part of the committee tha writes the questions, I found this in google).
