If your credentials are pending, How many time does ecfmg send out send out letters to confirm credentials verification from your parent medical school.

well let me state the question in a different way.Can I apply for Step1/ step2 exams as a medical graduate without medical transcripts but with a medical diploma bearing in mind the new rules as of Feb1 2004.
