Aortic dissection ---major risk factor is hypertension leading to disseaction of Aorta due to high pressure.
Dissecting aortic aneurysm--DAA--major risk factor is Atherosclerosis leading to dilation of vessel forming aneurysm and then rupture of that aneurysm d/t trauma or hypertension
