there is no minimum age for Emancipation?

kaplan says that pertial emancipation the patient has to be 15 y or older.

also kaplan says that pregnancy doesn't make the patient emancipated.

it depends on state, at 13 or 15

You will see a q in UW in which prenancy is emancipated.
