I wanted some help regarding which book is best for IM , did Kaplan but is not enough for me, as I am an old graduate. please help me with this. How about NMS?
I also heard abt Step-up to medicine, but need some feedback.

I would appreciate you help.
thanks.

In my opinion, also an old IMG, I think for testing purpose, Current medical diagnostic and treatment (CMDT) is the best IM reference book. Many topics are referred in UW.

I have tried Harrison's, Uptodate and MKSAP, but finally I sticked with CMDT

NMS is too detail (I mean ACS Internal Medicine)

Ofcourse Kaplan note is the utmost important, although I was also unsatisfied with the IM before.

Anyway, I still don't know whether it is helpful, because I have not taken the CK yet

Good luck in your choice
