YUP Thin Basement Membrane Disease or Familial Benign Hematuria is the 2nd most common cause for Painless Microscopic Hematuria in any age group. The First Position being Held by IgA Nephropathy or Berger's Disease. Although Now its being said that these 2 r topping the charts n maybe considered as a Single Entity as Thin Membrane Disease common roots of genetic dispostion with IgA Nephropathy.
