A 25-year-old male comes to your office with a painful and swollen right knee joint. He says that the symptoms started when he hyper extended his knee while practicing basketball and he felt like something ‘popping’ in his knee. Since then he is experiencing pain and his knee is giving out while walking. You suspect a ligament injury. Which of the following is the most sensitive physical test for diagnosis of suspected ligament tear? A. Lachman test. B. Anterior drawer test. C. Posterior drawer test. D. Mcmurray's test. E. Valgus stress test.
