How can I address a phone case in which I need to check a child but the mother can't leave her other children alone?

I would say "bring your other children with you... it is very important i see your child"
If this isn't possible... "i will talk to our social worker here in this clinic and he/she will provide support for you so i may see your son/daughter asap"
