This is a clear-cut case of gallstone pancreatitis, as evidenced by the history of intermittent episodes of cramping abdominal pain 1 to 2 hours after meals.
It cannot be alcoholic pancreatitis, because the patient drinks only one to two glasses of wine each evening.
It cannot be triglyceride-induced pancreatitis, because clinically significant pancreatitis usually does not occur until a person's serum triglyceride level reaches 1000 mg/dL.

i think i will go 4 obstrucive too

but why the bilirubin is normal ,almost normal

only one to two glasses of wine?!!!! Is it considered NOT important!! How much alcohol drink is considered abnormal regarding relating to some diseases? Any idea please?
