Hi Guys, I've got a 2.5 yr. old. Taking step 1 v. soon. Have been studying FOOOORRRREEEVEEERR Now....started with 1-3 hrs. aday ,with weeks of doing nothing inbetween. Gets you nowhere. My advice. Stick to 1 book. NO need to reread extra books for extra info!! Its all the same thing! Read the book, then read FA, then last 1 month qbank. You guys are doing Good in here.
I started off going to the library in the evenings, but things never kicked into gear till I got a babysitter. i leave my daughter 4-6 hrs aday, that plus 3hrs when she sleeps is PLENTY.

Hi!
I want to join your group I have 5 kids and I just give birth last Jan 6 to a twin. My e-mail address is ECdufourt@yahoo.com. I usually study at night around 10pm up to 3am. Then I woke up at 6am to prepare my husband breakfast. I am determine to take the USMLE 1 this june or July. What I'm doing is I made a time frame for each subjects. I'm now studying Microbiology and I'm planning to study anatomy the last because there are lot of stuff to memorize,so it is still fresh on my mind when I take the exam. I read when I'm cooking our food but I usually cook easy food and those food that needs less preparation. Sometimes I just put the chicken, pork or beef in the oven after I put some spices on it. wow 5 kids. ... or 7? I didn't get, do you have 5 total or 5 plus twins? Either way, thats a wonderfully nice way to keep busy. i thought I was doing something nearly impossible by studying with 1 kid! Good luck to you though..!! :-)
