B seems to be correct at the first look, but see serum electrolyte, if excessive sweat volume (hypotonic loss because sweat is hypotonic)-> increased Na and Cl.

Moreover, this patient has CF-->loss NaCL through sweat

I think its B bcoz in cystic fibrosis sweat has abnormal chloride content.

I think you are all wrong I for choice d excessive vasopressor secretion which is SIADH here there is hyponatremia and the management is restrict fluid

Remember : Sweat choride test is HIGH
