14--> A hypokalemic hypochloremic metabolic alkalosis due to excessive vomitting

15--> C hypernatremia and urinary hypoosmolarity due to Diabetes Insipidus

But the pH in A is 5, how could that be alkalosis?

In the second case--Isn't it UTI causing dehydration--->So increased Na, Increased Specific gravity of the urine--I go for D!

Inadequate fluid consumption can result in the following complications:

* Dehydration
o Dry skin
o Dry mucous membranes
o Sunken appearance to eyes
o Sunken fontanelles (soft spot) in infants
o Fever
o Rapid heart rate
o Unintentional weight loss
* Electrolyte imbalance
o Fatigue, lethargy
o Headache
o Irritability
o Muscle pains
