I am going to marry with my boyfriend in April. I have some questions regarding ecfmg certificate. Could you please reply them for me?
1. Do I have to request changing my last name after marrying? ( I 've already recieved ECFMG certificate for 2 months)
2. In case I want to participate in the 2008 matching, Do I have to change my previous last name to the new one in every documents ? ( transcript, my recommendation letters, MSPE )
3. Should I change my visa from visitor (B1) to J2?

I would think that the name change would depend of you are getting it chaged on your other identity documents as well like passport and driver's licence etc.If that is the case, it would be best to ask the ECGMG guys and go about the name changing.
Have no clear idea though.
