hi every one, i would like to know, do thank you reply letters of programs via eras and reply on phone saying that they will rank you, but cannot tell where as rank order list is still to be made... does means a light of hope for you, or its just a good way of fooling you. im really confused for this n biting my nails for match. do u have any idea for this..... plz reply.

i am not sure if I understand your question, but I tried not to pay too much attention to replies from programs. I mean, they sometimes represent good positives signs but dont take anything for granted.
Independently, at this stage, it should not matter you too much (easier said than done, right?).
Relax, watch the Padrino series and Lord of the Rings over the weekend and we will find out on Monday.

I am doing fine, thanks for asking! I am currently trying to wrap-up things at work in case I need to leave town and trying not to think too much about next week. I am cautiously optimistic. We'll see what happens. What about you too? I sincerely hope you get what you want! I believe you deserve it and more for all the inpirational work you have done in the forum.

drlalitbansal, to answer your question, if you get a phone call or an email saying that they will rank you, they will most probably rank you. I think that at least, they are considering you as a very strong residency candidate. Obviously, they will not tell you how they ranked you.....meaning number 1,2 etc, cos that would be match violation. I would say.....keep the faith...GL with the Match!
