I think it shud b A as due to vomitings there shud b alkalosis so pH shud increase, is there any significant difference btw osmolarity and osmolality?? as i remember serum osmolarity increase due to increase sugar but not sure about osmolality.

for sure it is not A or B or C ( hypo magnesiemia ocures in DKA and type 1 is same) so i think it is D

Glucose is osmotic compound so will move the water outside the cell; for every 100mEq glucose Na will decrease by 1,6 mEq. Ketoacidotic coma- down - Na, phosphorus, Mg, - up- osm, glucose, BUN, amylase, WBC, ketone, - K could be normal/down
