After 40 y every woman should do annual mammography.
Pap screening shoul be discontinued in older women if they have normal smear before and are not in risk for cervical cancer.
Colonoscopy - every 10 y after 50 if everything is OK, sigmoidoscopy every 3-5 y.

First i thought PapSmear but when i went through the Quest again i saw what I missed-->sexually inactive, so it has to be mammography

My quest is, if she was sexually active, would it have been a Pap, put in mind she is menopausal so the vaginal Ph is not protective anymore & there is dryness??

i completely agree with NE. pap, cholesterol, glucose and mammography are not indicated at this point.

However, I cannot figure out how many years ago the flexible sigmoidoscopy was done. if it is three or more years ago, it can be repeated.
