c for sure, especially it's cat's bite, more incisive, more difficulty to clean. don't suture them.

Well, practically speaking, all wounds are difficult to clean unless they are made by a scalpel .
I think answ is (B) - cat mouse flora is a way different from the human's one, and it is explained by unique salivary enzymatic environment. I am not sure though if it augments the infection.
