Hi,
I need a help regarding the application for step 3. I live in california and would like to try for residency here, so i want to know while filling in application for step 3 should i apply thruogh california state itself, i mean will i still have a chance for residency here if i apply through connecticut.

There is no problem if you apply through Connecticut.
