We don't know wether this kid is forgetting to take or does not want to take it to school at all. so in that case best option is to give it to nurse as changing to oral won't work if this child doesn't want to take medicine in school.

well almost evry question on qbank has the option of "geting more info about the patient " as the best next response. so option A asking the mother for counselling could be valid (to find out wos stoping the kid from taking his meds,) n then decide on the further course.
