I will go with D as this woman completes her family so the best option is total abdominal hystrectomy.

E. In asymptomatic patients, those with mild discomfort, or infertile women with minimal or mild endometriosis, expectant management may be appropriate. Although endometriosis is generally believed to be a progressive disease, no evidence indicates that treating an asymptomatic patient will prevent or ameliorate the onset of symptoms later.
