I dont know if you guys know about this , but i've heard that the whole system of the USMLE's will change dramatically after 6-2007 ... i've been told that multimedia(?) will be incorporated in the exams ,and that they've created a whole new Q Bank ... can anyone explain to us a little bit about these new circumstances ?

right they are gonna put some multimedia in the exam, but don't worry about it, it will be much easier, just get familiar with the auscultation sounds (heart and lung).
Concerning the fact that they've created a whole new Q Bank I don't know anything, where did you get that info from? At least there is no such information in the USMLE official site.
