Hi, I am not new for this forum but posting for the first time. Is there a possibility that one year of surgery residency in my home country may be accepted as a preliminary year for radiology residency? Thank you ~ Please check this link http://www.rad.jhmi.edu/residents/residents/mezba...

No, you would need US training to be accepted into a US radiology residency.
