well in form i 907 i didn't c any placw where they have asked for passport. i know i will need passport for stamping. but here i m only asking for filing of h1 petition.

sent all my documents to my attorney for filing H1.. did not require passport copy or any details..
details of passport and visa were required if I were living in USA ( on visit or spousal or any other visa).. since I am back in UK.. i 'was not required to send anything for filing purposes... but like I said..
If one is living in USA , you will send a copy of Passport and USA visa and will also give details of visa and previous visits and some I-94 form...

attorney recommended by PD/PC.. deals with all residents applications for past 10 yrs.

My licemse copy is at my hospital with the PC and one copy is now with my attorney...
I have not rcvd a copy but honestly I dont know if it is in post or I have to collect form my hospital later.
