It's A... melanoma. Only a melanoma can come back as a metastatic cancer after a gap of so many years.

I'd answer A.

The enucleation of 1 eye 23 years ago was du to a melanoma

Melanoma has this unique caracteristic of metastasis after a long time and also has this strange place to give metastasis ( RUQ disconfort = may be in the gallblader in this particular patient )

A is definitly the right answer
