USMLE world says that if both are available we should choose angioplasty over thrombolytics but kaplan says that we do angio only if there is a contraindication to thrombolytics? which opinion is right?

I trust UW more. I got the same question yesterday. The explaination they gave makes sense too: go for PTCA if available, it has less side-effects. Go for thrombolytics if PTCA is not available at that particular health care center.
