A 28 year -old woman is currently 10 weeks pregnant.she is HBsAg positive and is concerned about the risk of transmission to the baby which one of the following is the most appropriate course to follow?
1) immediate termination of pregnancy.
2) avoid breast feeding
3)cesarian section at term.
4) administer Hepatitis B vaccine to the baby at birth.
5)administer passive immunization to the baby followed by hepatitis B vaccine at birth.
