Spine except c1,c2
DIPs

I can agree for Thoraco Lumbar region of the spine which is a rarity but the Entire Cervical Spine is involved not only C1+ C2. For DIP i would say although they r more implicated in OA but in RA the presentation is less common. The distal IP (DIP) joints are involved only in the presence of coexisting MCP or PIP disease. As far as Joints which r never involved i m guessing Pelvic Joints

Guys this is a good topic plz add up

Psoriatic artritis normally involves the DIP joints when there is nail disease.
